Agatha Christie's novel "Bertram's Hotel" was first published in 1965 in the UK. With the help of Miss Marple, who is enjoying her vacation in one of London's most famous hotels, a murder is solved and a chain of crimes is opened. The novel has been adapted for the screen twice: in 1987, in which the role of Miss Marple was played by Joan Hickson, and in 2007, with Geraldine McEwan in the lead role.
