Henrikh Mkhitaryan comes from a football family, his talent and professional path seem to have been inherited. He was born in Armenia, raised in France, as his father played in Ligue 2. Hamlet Mkhitaryan was one of the strongest strikers in the history of Armenian football. He died of brain cancer at the age of 33, when Henrikh was only 7 years old. Young Henrikh continued his father's football path with dignity.
