Meeting with poetess Sona Van

On July 19, at 4:30 p.m., a meeting with poetess and essayist Sona Van will take place under the title "Woman in Literature" at the initiative of the Armineh's Library.

Sona Van (Sona Ter-Hovhannisyan) has been living in California since 1978. She is a doctor and psychologist by profession. Her works have been translated into more than three dozen languages.

Sona Van won many awards. She is the only Armenian female poet who won China's highest international poetry prize.

The presence of a unique person and poetess in Armenia is an important event for us Armenians, so don't miss the opportunity to meet and communicate with her.
